I just finished the "when to hire an associate" workshop - fantastic!  I also really appreciate the monthly newsletter.  I just finished listening to Profit First (twice), and I am hearing echoes! I just took my first (little baby) paycheck and put my first little profit in the bank. It was small - but I am SO proud of myself!
